My idea already exists! I beleive in it, so lets use it and help assure that it makes the impact on the world I was hoping to have.
Think we can reduce out carbon emissions by 30%? I know we can, lets do it and then set a new goal.

Dad-Challenge other advisers or forma grou p with Pam, Lee and Bob, and compete with other ameriprise offices.
Mom- how about challenging your students to form family groups and compete with the Engelman's to see who can reduct the most.
