After Botstein's celebrated signing of the Presidential Climate Commitment, the Bard community has much ahead of it. As a group of students and faculty we can make a big difference every day, not by reducing our CO2 emissions here at Bard but in our home communities as well. Let us do our best at the most basic levels, and reserve the rest of our energy to prepare our colleges, states, and nation to address global warming.
